POLICIES & INFORMATION

The Blackridge Cabin is on private land, owned entirely by our family. We do live on-property, but the cabin is completely separate from our house. Hot tub, decks, and yard are complete out of view from anyone else on-property, and the cabin faces an entirely different direction from our house. Landscaping and fencing separate the guest area, and guests do not share any spaces with us. Please look at the aerial view of the property to get a good idea of the layout, and message us for any additional questions! GUESTS: Only guests on your reservation are allowed on-property, no exceptions. CHILDREN: Children 2 and over must be listed on reservation and do count as a guest. COOKING: Please make yourself at home, but cooking of seafood or any food that produces a strong odor must be cooked on the outdoor grill. SMOKING: NO smoking or vaping of any kind allowed ANYWHERE on property, this is non-negotiable. No candles, incense or any other flammable items are allowed at any time. Guests found to be breaking this policy will be asked to leave without refund. MOUNTAIN: Our driveway is an unpaved mountain road, so you will drive up about 3/4 mile on dirt/rock terrain.  WINTER: Four-wheel drive is a necessity in winter conditions. To prioritize the safety of our guests, all guest vehicles must be parked at the driveway entrance in winter conditions, or at our discretion in any extreme weather. Shuttle service to and from the cabin is provided for no additional fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations over 30 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date will not be refunded.
